Because our products are handcrafted, botanical, and meant for personal care, we cannot accept returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds & Replacements

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if processing has not begun. Once a batch is prepared or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges at this time.
